49th Raising Day of PREPAK (Progressive) Red Army Observed Today
Today the 9th October 2025 is the ’49th Raising Day’ of the Red Army of PREPAK(Progressive), I pay my revolutionary salute to those who had sacrificed their lives while safeguarding our motherland in the prevailing conflict. Our party also shares the grief and sorrow of those families affected from the injuries, harm, and missing of their love ones during this unfortunate crisis. I also express my gratitude to those brave volunteers and women who are defending our motherland in these woeful days.
The pathways to a nation’s decaying are indicated by the heightening of ethnic conflict, rise of unemployment, lack of trust and coordination, unawareness of climate change, falling of birth rate, unenthusiastic work-culture and so on. Everyone sees and knows the wrongful activities but nobody comes out to correct it. These can be termed in Hindi as such “Sordo”, likewise in Chinese buzzword “Let It Rot: Bailan” and even in fashionable English word “Let It Be, Who Cares”, which in practice gradually creating the apathetic culture. In real sense people are pretending to work enthusiastically but actually they are quiet quitting.
Most of the intellectual bureaucrats, who have been obsessed with salary, do not care for societal development. In fact they do not follow the duty of responsibility as they are ‘quiet quitting’ their jobs. Unfortunately, these bureaucrats are the ‘Intellectual Elites’ who command the administrative power. There are some non-indigenous bureaucrats on top of them, however they cannot function with a free hand if the local officials stand strong. Generally, our so-called elites are educated and guided to achieve wealth and power by their parents; they were not taught to become a social intellectual elite. As a result of these nurturing background, they do not pay attention to their nation’s development. I sincerely highlighted a very short transcendental means to safeguard from the prevailing abject deteriorating society.
The delineation of ‘Dharma’ exclusively doesn’t denote religion; it is self righteousness to carry out the responsible duty in improving the society, not only his or her family. Accordingly, for a Manipuri or Meitei, dharma means safeguarding against the deteriorating society and fighting those who are covertly and overtly invading to root out our nation. We must know who are the enemy and friend in accordance with the vision of our indispensable ‘Dharma’. Academician, doctors, farmers, workers, bureaucrats ought to serve their duty knowing the reality that we are living in a poor and externally overall dependent society. The social-class structure in India is determined by power-politics. Such system has been spreading to Manipur, which has created numerous power-obsessed intellectuals who always want to stay on the top of social class pyramid. According to the words of widely known macro-historian Peter Turchin, the society tends to degenerate once there is elite overproduction by infighting among them to attain the power. The intellectual power competitors are usually mastered in galvanizing the public, but they do not lead them in dealing the root causes of their induced-excitement. Lecturing the public as if there is no bone in the tongue is unworkable rather they must call up a reasonable People’s Movement with public coordination.
Manipur had been independently self-governed with clear demarcation of its boundary. It is not like India which is known as ‘Land of invaders’. However. Manipur is changing to ‘Land of invaders’ after letting it became part of India. As long as Meitei politicians pursue the pernicious commandments of Indian grubby leaders without contemplation, their life will be similar to living death under political nightmare. One can see the present hopeless MLAs as the precised examples. The ecocide and ethnic-based terrorists are designated as protected community. How long we have to trust the Government of India who cannot punish these designated groups who have seized the valley people by blockading the highways of lifeline?
Some media outlets and organizations in mainland India are endlessly spreading false narratives to tarnish the Meitei community. The diaspora Meitei is confronting significant challenging problems due to India’s smear media propaganda along with economic and cultural war. The incompetent, wicked, cowardly leaders of the Kakistocratic government have ruled too long in our state, which is now gradually leading the Meitei to a dreadful condition to become Indian and also making it existential threat to stand against India. At this crucial stage, the insurgents and common people must courageously stand together to carry out to resist and fight the enemies as it is now becoming our collective dharma.
