Fear on Assam rifles continue as NSCN-KYA Crushed two army personals in gun-battle. At least two personnel of the Assam Rifles have shattered in a gun-battle with freedom fighters of the NSCN-K.

The gunfight between the Assam Rifles officers and the NSCN-KYA freedom fighters occurred from the early Monday morning in Mon district of Nagaland.

Assam rifles has been a soft target for the freedom fighters by a long time.

The two bruised army officers have been emptied to the Jorhat Air Force emergency clinic in Assam for treatment. Death news of one army officer is circulating but yet not confirmed by officials
