Standoff between Indian Army and NSCN-K

Standoff between Indian Army and NSCN-K .After the news circulated in social media and various portals about the standoff between NSCN-K Khango for illegal Consignment apprehended by NSCN (K) Khango and was kept under their observation. The illegal consignment was seized by NSCN K on May 16 at around 4:00 AM morning where there was information of 4 vehicles carrying illegal Areca Nuts (Burmese Betel Nut) but unfortunately only 1 vehicle was captured. After the Indian Army got the tipoff about the consignment, they conducted a raid and took away the consignment from the hands of NSCN (K) Khango.
NSCN (K) Khango while speaking to NLTV clarified that the standoff between the NSCN (K) Khango & Indian Army was simply due to irresponsible step of Indian army.
