NSCN-IM soldiers captured 31 AR Indian soldiers in Nagaland.
Nagaland: Tensions prevailed at the Ntangki National Park in Nagaland on Friday evening following a clash between a team of Assam Rifles troops and a group of NSCN-IM soliders.
The Assam Rifles team was on a patrol for 72 to 96 hours in the run-up to Republic Day celebrations and had taken a break in the National Park at around 4 pm on Friday.
It was during this break that the team observed NSCN(IM) solider on the same route, leading to the confrontation.
In the below video you can see Indian solider explaining to NSCN-IM solider that they did not knew the path and they mislead towards their patrolling area. Indian army assured the NSCN-IM group that if they let us go we will never come back on same route. After a long time of negotiations NSCN-IM group let them go on assurance that Indian soldiers will never come back to nagaland and their patrolling territory.
